A 13-year-old girl with a poorly controlled T1D had a left AChA territory infarct, causing headache, visual loss, and right limb weakness. After aspirin and physical rehabilitation, she showed gradual improvement in symptoms. This case highlights the need for glycemic control and stroke prevention in young patients.
